"I showed up expecting them to still be…"
I showed up expecting them to still be open, but they had already closed way earlier than I thought. It was really frustrating, honestly. I felt like I was begging just to get basic service, and that left me feeling resentful about the whole experience.

I ended up waiting way too long for the shuttle both coming and going, and there weren’t really any clear updates while I was standing around. I was getting nervous because I almost missed check-in. Personally, I wouldn’t use this service again—I’d rather protect my time and book something more reliable next time.

Parking itself was totally fine, but the pickup after the cruise took longer than I expected. The driver was nice once he finally showed up, but something felt a little off with how everyone was just standing around waiting. It came across kind of unorganized, which was frustrating after a long trip

The whole process was easy, and it’s not even about that part, it was just the shuttle wait that made it kind of annoying. Once everything got moving, it was fine, but waiting around definitely took away from the experience a bit

I asked about getting wheelchair help and the answers I got were really vague. There wasn’t any useful accommodation offered, which was frustrating. I can imagine other customers who need accessibility support would feel just as let down.

"Booking Was Way More Stressful Than It Needed to Be"
I tried booking parking through ezcruiseparking the whole payment part was a mess. My card got charged, but then the confirmation page didn’t load properly, so I’m sitting there wondering if I even had a spot or if I just paid for nothing. And of course I kept refreshing my email like every few minutes, which was annoying because this should’ve been a quick two-minute thing. I don’t know, maybe it was just a glitch, but it made the whole process feel stressful instead of simple. I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Parking was okay, but the shuttle situation wasn’t"
The parking itself was fine, so I’m not trying to make it sound like the whole thing was a disaster. But the shuttle wait was just way too long, both when we were heading to the port and when we got back. I get that cruise days are busy, but that’s kind of the point—they should have more shuttles running when they know a lot of people are coming through. Standing around that long with luggage is stressful, and for me, it just wasn’t worth it...

"Not very flexible when plans change"
I booked parking through ezcruiseparking, and then a few days later our cruise plans changed. I figured canceling would be straightforward, but it turned into a hassle. What really bothered me was how the terms seemed to work against me once I actually needed to make a change. Customer service didn’t really offer any help either, just kept pointing back to the policy like that settled everything. I understand companies need rules, but travel plans change all the time. I wouldn’t book here again unless I was absolutely sure nothing was going to change.

"Decent Parking, But Not as Convenient as I Hoped"
Parking itself was okay, and the staff were fine, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. But the distance to the cruise terminal ended up being more annoying than I expected. I thought it would be a quick and easy trip, but with luggage it felt like more of a hassle than I planned for. It worked out, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again unless I couldn’t find something closer

The only thing is that a few details weren’t super clear at first glance, so I ended up reading it twice just to make sure everything was correct. "Not worth the hassle"
I tried calling and emailing for days to make a change to my reservation, but nobody got back to me. By the time someone finally responded, it was already too late to do anything about it. dealing with that kind of stress right before a cruise just isn’t worth it.

"Bad First Impression at Check-In"
The check-in process gave me a bad first impression. I expected it to be quick and simple, but we ended up just standing around while the line barely moved. Not exactly how you want to start things off before a cruise. The staff looked busy, but everything felt unorganized and frustrating. If check-in is always like this, I wouldn’t use them again

The parking part was totally fine, no real issues there. But after the cruise, the shuttle situation was just not it. We were standing around with our bags for way too long, and people kept saying it was coming, but it just felt like forever. I can’t really explain it, but it put such a bad feeling on the end of the trip. The shuttle is kind of the main reason to use a place like this, so if that’s not reliable, it’s hard to want to come back. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless they get that figured out

"I used ezcruiseparking for a cruise, i didn’t…"
I used EZ Cruise Parking for a cruise, i didn’t feel great about leaving my car there. The lot didn’t seem very secure, the lighting was weak, and I barely saw anyone around keeping an eye on the cars. Any time I had a question, I kind of felt passed around instead of getting a straight answer. When we got back from the cruise, I was mostly just relieved my car was still there. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I personally wouldn’t park there again.
